IVRLocator Help

Call whisper options: Enables you to provide agents receiving a transferred call the option to accept or reject the transferred call. If the "Call whisper" value is selected, then the agent receiving a call will be able to accept or reject that call; if the "Do not call whisper" value is selected, then the call is transferred without giving the agent the option to accept or reject the call. The interaction between the IVR and the agent will be carried out without the caller listening in. The caller during that period will be listening to on-hold music.

Search radius: The longest distance from the zip code entered by the caller to locations that should be returned to the caller. If you set the search radius to 10, it means that the system should return to the caller only locations that fall within a 10 mile radius of the zip code they provided.
